Camplify is a peer-to-peer platform, we have a fantastic owner community that enjoys getting families out and exploring Australia. With every hire, our owners will include different items in their vehicles to create their own unique Camplify experience for your holiday. Camplify allows them to charge an amount 'per booking' to pay for these costs. 


The "Service Fee" listed is a charge from the RV owner and is included in the total booking charge. 

This fee allows owners to restock perishables and is completely subjective. It can include some of these items:

  • Basic Pantry Items

  • Gas Bottle Refills

  • Cleaning Products

  • Toilet Paper & bathroom items

  • Some owners will even include customer Surprises - beer, cheese, wine 


How much is the Service Fee?

Service fees will vary depending on the type of vehicle and inclusions however generally $30-$100 per hire.

Camplify does not have a set cleaning fee applied within each booking. However owners are able to set clear expectations within the pre hire and post hire report.

The vast majority of hirers will return the van in the same condition it left however If excess cleaning is required on return, owners are required to take a minimum of 4 photos and submit details within the post hire report.
