Camplify has manually set up your GPS and have tested the SIM, Battery and set up a link between Camplify and Telematics before sending to you. If you are having trouble with your unit on arrival please read through below and email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance
I can't log in to Telematics?
- If you can not log in - Reset your password
- Click 'Forgot your password' button on the login page
- A new screen will appear and you need to type in your email address to be sent a reset password option to your Camplify email
- Click "continue"
My asset isn't showing?
If you go to "Live Tracking" and you can't see the below screen - then your RV hasn't been linked correctly.
How to add an asset?
- Please call 0800 779 779 and ask for the GPS Team alternatively email our customer success manager email@example.com with your email address and name of RV and we will activate.
