If the damage occurred whilst on hire:


In the event a hirer accidentally damages your van, you will be prompted to provide details on our post-hire checklist within 48 hours from return of the RV. Our team will review the events in accordance with our Hirer Terms and Conditions. You may be asked to obtain up to 2 quotes to assess the damage. If required, the Incident may be progressed to a Claim with the applicable insurer.

Please Note: Hirer Claims are unable to be processed if you have not submitted a post hire report via the Camplify Owners App.


If the damage occurred whilst using the vehicle personally:


If you are a Premium member and wish to submit a damage claim that relates to personal use, you need to submit a email to support@camplify.com.au and submit all evidence and information (as you would a hirer claim). Then Camplify will help you submit your personal claim directly to our fleet insurer.
