We appreciate that circumstances can change and that you may need to cancel your booking. A booking is deemed as cancelled when you click the cancel button on the View Booking page relating to that booking.

What are the rules on canceling?


Hirers who cancel a confirmed (paid booking) are subject to the cancellation policy of the owner they booked with. Each van owner can choose between two cancellation policies

* Flexible
* Strict


Each of these policies has conditions for "Change of Mind" cancellations and "Government Restrictions" cancellations

Your applicable cancellation policy is displayed both on the vans listing page at time of booking as-well as within your booking request.

If your booking is cancelled due to travel restrictions imposed by the government (eg: Covid 19) then you classify as a "government restriction" cancellation.

Bookings Made Prior to November 1st 2021

  • Up to 31 days prior to the rental period, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Between 30 days and 14 days prior to the rental period, you are entitled to a 50% refund.  
  • 13 days or less prior to the rental period, you will receive no refund.


Any entitlement to a refund is subject to the Camplify Booking Fee, which is non-refundable and any and all taxes will be retained and remitted. 


If there is a dispute with the Caravan Owner regarding the cancellation, you must notify Camplify within 48 hours of booking and allow Camplify to resolve the dispute.
