Every single hire through Camplify is covered by 24/7 roadside assistance.

In New Zealand, we've partnered with AA Roadside

Here's how it works:

Camplify covers the cost for all roadside assistance call-outs due to breakdowns or if the vehicle is involved in an accident within New Zealand. This means hirers will be safe and secure while on their trip.

Sometimes, unexpected things happen. If any type of mishap occurs during the hire, our team and roadside assistance will jump into action.  If any of the following happens during the hire, the hirer won't be out of pocket and the recreational vehicle (RV) will be back on the road quickly:

  • Towing because of an RV fault
  • Towing because of a driver error causing a fault to the RV
  • The RV battery is flat
  • The RV has run out of fuel
  • A tyre on the RV requires replacement or repair

What should I do if I break down?

If any of the above incidents occur the team at AA will jump into action to assist you in safley getting back on the road again.

The Process for contacting AA with Camplify is as follows:

1: Call the AA Priority line on 0800 734 543 ensuring you have the RV registration number and location ready.

2: Once you have called the AA and a Patrolman has been dispatched, call camplify and advise of your situation

     0800 779 779

3: AA will send out a Patrolman to assess your breakdown problem and hopefully resolve it for you there and then. If it involves more work they will organise a tow usually to the nearest repair center.

4: Call the RV owner before any decisions are made about where and when the RV will be towed to if required. Always consult the RV owner and work together on the solution. Depending on the repair job and length of time it could take, they may wish for their RV to be repaired closer to home at their nominated mechanic.
