Choose your Camplify Membership
At Camplify, we have crafted four membership options to cater to your needs.
Our Premium Membership option unlocks the full potential of Camplify, providing a seamless combination of owner benefits and access to comprehensive damage protection provided by MyWay Mutual Holdings Limited (MyWay Mutual). You can confidently share your RV with others enjoying greater peace of mind, discounts and other member benefits all while maximising your earnings.
Flexible (default) members have access to up to 40 days on-hire damage protection provided by MyWay Mutual.Flexible members familiarise themselves with how Camplify works before unlocking the full potential of Camplify with Premium Membership.
Personal members receive the same discounts and member benefits enjoyed by our Premium Members, plus the option to list on the Camplify Platform. Personal members also have access to comprehensive damage protection for personal use and up to 40 days on-hire protection provided by MyWay Mutual Holdings Limited (MyWay Mutual).
For those who prefer to use their own insurer, our BYO option allows you to continue to use the Camplify platform whilst remaining with your current provider.
MyWay Protect
Camplify Premium, Personal, and Flexible memberships include access to membership of MyWay Mutual Holdings Limited ACN 684 595 757 (MyWay Mutual). MyWay Mutual was established to provide damage protection exclusively to Camplify members.
MyWay Mutual has created MyWay Protect to protect member’s RVs from loss or damage and to provide legal liability protection to members (including public liability for personal injury and third-party property damage).
MyWay Protect is only available to members of MyWay Mutual , the issuer of MyWay Protect. Membership of MyWay Mutual is subject to its Constitution. Please consider the FSG, PDS, and TMD for MyWay Protect to decide whether this product is right for you.
Premium Membership
Premium membership is Camplify's purpose-built product for owners wanting to successfully hire through our platform.
Camplify Premium Members have access to unlimited bookings, discounts, reduced fees, and marketing support, plus roadside assistance for hirers. Premium Members also access the My Way Protect comprehensive damage protection provided by MyWay Mutual.

Flexible Membership
Flexible Membership is the default for all new RVs listed on Camplify. This is to ensure that you are able to start receiving bookings straight away.
Flexible members can also access damage protection when the RV is on hire provided MyWay Mutual plus roadside assistance for hirers. Becoming a Flexible Camplify member and joining MyWay Mutual means you can utilise the MyWay Protect damage protection for hires through the Camplify Platform.
This protection is only applicable for up to 40 rental days per anniversary year from the date you listed the RV. Flexible owners will need to upgrade to Premium Membership or transfer to BYO once the limit is reached.
Please note that all flexible members must maintain a comprehensive insurance policy covering personal use of their RV at all times. Failure to hold a comprehensive policy on the RV will result in your vehicle not being covered in the event damage occurs on hire.

Personal Membership
All Camplify personal members are eligible to join MyWay Mutual. On joining MyWay Mutual, personal members obtain MyWay Protect comprehensive damage protection designed with van owners' needs in mind. MyWay Protect provides year-round protection for personal use of your RV and includes up to 40 days on-hire protection for personal members who take up the option to list their RV for hire on the Camplify Platform.
Even if you decide not list your RV, your Camplify Personal membership unlocks access to Camplify's member-only saving network, including discounts across 100+ brands, and complementary membership of the Campervan and Motorhome Club of Australia.
BYO Membership
BYO members are able to privately seek their own damage cover for hire on Camplify. As a BYO member, it is important you work with your insurer so that in the event of damage, you're covered. When opting for this membership, owners are required to update their listings by uploading their policy documents.
BYO policy documents should include the following details:
- Comprehensive insurance for the applicable vehicle intended for rental
- The total sum of cover
- The excess applied in the event of damage (detail any additional young driver excess, off-road, or variances of excess)
- Cover for use on hire
- Dates of cover
- Full details of your Camplify BYO Membership for reference
Important notes for BYO members:
- Your policy excess or the Risk Taker Accident Excess Amount (AEA) selected at the time of booking on the platform, whichever is lower, is the maximum that can be claimed per incident of damage.
- You must have a sufficient and current Public and Products Liability insurance policy that covers hire. Provide this policy to Camplify at the commencement of your listing and at each renewal.
- Camplify will manage all matters with the hirer regarding the collection of the AEA. The hirer may choose to reduce their AEA by purchasing the Happy Camper Accident Excess Reduction (AER) product. The AER will not reduce the payment to the BYO member in the event of an accepted damage incident/claim.
- As a BYO member, you may not take any AEA or bond from the hirer directly.
- As a BYO member, you may not take cash bookings. Cash bookings will void your BYO subscription on the Camplify platform.
