How to verify your phone number

At Camplify, the safety of our community is our top priority. To keep our platform secure and protect your account from unauthorised access, we have introduced a SMS verification system.

By verifying your phone number, you help us ensure that every booking and account update is genuine. This process adds an extra layer of protection against fraud.

When you will need to verify

You will be prompted to complete a quick SMS verification when:

  • You request a booking
  • Updating your mobile number on your Account Profile page.
  • Logging in from a new device for the first time.

How to complete SMS verification

  1. Check your mobile — When prompted by the platform during the Request to Book flow or an account update, a unique 6-digit one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  2. Enter the code — Type the 6-digit code into the verification field on your screen.
  3. Click Verify — Once entered, click Verify to confirm the action.
