When can I contact Camplify?

Our customer support team is available to assist you during the following hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM NZST
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM NZST
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM NZST
  • Roadside assistance is available 24/7 via 03 668 1211- Option 4
 

How long does it take to receive a response?

We strive to respond to all inquiries promptly. Generally, you can expect a response within one business day for emails and support tickets submitted through our Help Centre. However, during peak periods, it may take a little longer.
