Camplify requires this tax information to ensure IRD reporting is accurate. You must also tell us straight away if your GST registration status changes. Camplify may request that you provide this number for accuracy when reviewing information.  1. Go to your Camplify App or Dashboard 2. Look for your RV 3. Click on the picture of the RV and it will open the public link 4. To update your banking details via the owners' dashboard on the desktop, please follow these steps: 1\. Login to your owner's dashboard 2\. Select "Account" from the drop-down menu 3\. Click "Edit" next to the account information Please note that Camplify will never request your card or account details over the phone and users should never submit these via email for security purposes. --- ### Updating your credit card details The method of payment for Premium Membership is currently limited to card only (including Amex). Camplify is unable to accept regular payments via a bank transfer. To update your card details follow these steps: 1. Log in to your owners' dashboard 2. Select “Premium Memberships” from the drop-down menu 3. Follow the prompts 4. Contact [customersupport@camplify.co.nz](mailto:customersupport@camplify.co.nz) to inform us that you have updated your card details and let us know the last 4 digits only. --- ### Updating your Address To update your address details on Camplify click [here](https://www.camplify.co.nz/member/account) and follow the steps below. 1. Login to your owners dashboard 2\. Click on “My Account” 3\. Select “Account” 4\. Scroll down to “Contact,” and complete your details. --- ### Calendar sync – import 1. Log into your Camplify account and open the calendar for your listing. 2. Click “Calendar Sync.” 3. Log into your Camplify account and open the calendar for your listing. 2. Select the URL for exporting the calendar and copy it as shown above. 4. To download the booking file - paste this link into your web browser. 5. To import directly into a calendar such as[gcal](https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/37100?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop), [iCal](https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/calendar/icl1022/mac) or [Outlook Calendar](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-a-calendar-in-outlook-com-or-outlook-on-the-web-6641b635-2797-42ce-a500-597eaef0fd19)- search for something like “subscribe” or “add a calendar” and paste this URL into your calendar. --- ### Certificate of Currency A Certificate of Currency (CoC) is available on each listing that is on Premium Membership. To generate, please follow these steps: 1. Log on to your [Owners Dashboard](https://www.camplify.co.nz/member/dashboard) 2. Click on Listings 3. Select Manage 4. Select Damage cover & Membership 5. Select Manage my membership 6. Scroll down to Things you might want 7.
